ARTICLE I - Name
It is founded by Marcel Jean Philippe Cherel, born October 25, 1961 in Rennes and Georges Pascal Roger Moiron, born 20 December 1959 in Sens, between the adherents to these statutes, an association governed by the law of 1 July 1901 and Decree of 16 August 1901, entitled: The Friends of the Consulate of the Boirie.

ARTICLE IX - Board of Directors
The association is governed by a Council member is elected for a term of five years by the General Assembly. Members may be reappointed.

ARTICLE X - Board Meeting

ARTICLE XI - Collective Decision: written consultation

a / The Ordinary General Assembly comprises all members of the association in any capacity of their affiliation. The Ordinary General Assembly meets annually in January.
At least fifteen days before the date fixed, the members of the association are convened by the Secretary. The agenda is indicated on the summons.
The president, assisted by committee members, chairs the Assembly and exposes the moral situation of the association.
The treasurer shall report on his management and submits the report to the Assembly for approval.
There shall, after exhaustion of the agenda and if necessary, replacement by secret ballot, members of the outgoing Council.

The project "WORKSHOP gently sloping"

WORKSHOP sloping welcomes artists, recognized nationally and internationally, who work in Maine even though their galleries or their exhibitions are in Paris, London, Milan ... La pièce présentée par LES BALADINS DE LA TOUR* raconte l'histoire de cinq femmes (des prisonnières) parquées dans une cellule à bord du Sidney Cove, pendant la traversée de Londres à Sidney. Les liens qui unissent ces femmes sont faits de haine, d'amour, de violence et forment entre les prisonnières une grande solidarité, motivée surtout par le blocus qu'elles doivent former contre les hommes de l'équipage qui les maltraitent. L'espoir est le seul sentiment qui peut leur permettre de survivre.

Gastronomie consulaire :
Pourquoi le Consulat de la Boirie ? Certainement pas à cause de Bonaparte, conquérant insatiable mais véritable éteignoir des plaisirs culinaires…
Napoléon Bonaparte ne s'est jamais intéressé à la gastronomie. Ses nourritures préférées : potage, poulet, haricots secs, pâtes avec du parmesan ! Plus roboratif que succulent. À la fin des repas, après avoir saucé les plats, il s'essuyait les mains avec la nappe. Beurk.
Le Consulat de la Boirie est dédié aux plaisirs. Parmi eux, les délices gastronomiques de sa table dont la responsabilité incombe au 1er consul, Pascalux de la Boirie. En 2011, il déniche un livre de recettes originales du Consulat et du 1er Empire. L'ouvrage est quasi illisible. Pas seulement du fait de sa vétusté mais certains mots ne sont plus d'usage. Enfin l'auteur des recettes affiche un mépris absolu pour les notions de doses et de quantités. Après de longues séances de déchiffrage et beaucoup d'expérimentations pratiques, la table d'hôtes du Consulat de la Boirie est désormais capable de satisfaire la plus exigeante des Merveilleuses…
Heureusement, loin de l'Aigle, naissent les repas dits philosophiques. Toute une littérature culinaire arrive ainsi dans les salons du Consulat… Les français se mettent à table ! Un des premiers à s'y asseoir est le juriste Jean Jacques Régis de Cambacérès (1754-1823), gay et, accessoirement, consul entre Bonaparte et Lebrun. ...
Presque toutes échappées in extremis du couperet de la guillotine, les “reines de Paris” ne sont pas en reste d'autant que la mode du drapé à l'antique dissimule opportunément les rondeurs gourmandes. Dans son hôtel de la Chaussée d'Antin, Juliette Récamier, icône absolue, n'attire pas que des hommages sur sa beauté. Sa table raffinée est également très courue. Les Merveilleuses des Tuileries s'étourdissent dans des soupers fins où se croisent madame Tallien, Fortunée Hamelin et même Joséphine de Beauharnais. Le beau Barras, par ailleurs fin gourmet, ne reste pas indifférent aux femmes invitées à ses repas il signe ses menus en ajoutant : « N'oubliez pas surtout mettre des coussins sur les sièges des citoyennes Tallien, Talma, Beauharnais et Miranda ».
Pour vos dîners consulaires, Pascalux installera tous les coussins nécessaires autour de la table du Consulat de la Boirie.

La Table du Consul est tenue par le 1er … Consul de la Boirie.
En effet, dans notre micronation consulaire, il est possible être à la fois 1er Consul, docteur en droit des assurances, en droit rural et en droit des affaires et… titulaire d'un BEP de cuisine.
La Table du Consul est privée, ouverte sur réservations uniquement, limitée à 10 couverts. En saison (mai à septembre inclus), la Table du Consul est ouverte les jeudi, vendredi et samedi soir. Hors saison (octobre à avril), le Consul est aux fourneaux tous les soirs du mercredi au vendredi.

La carte de la Table du Consul est très particulière. Un seul menu est proposé et il change tous les 15 jours. C'est le régime politique de la Dictature participative qui règne au Consulat de la Boirie. L'inspiration gastrononnomique est celle du 1er Empire (les dîners de Cambacéres, les soupers de Talleyrand, les médianoches de madame Récamier…). Pascalux de la Boirie a repensé toutes les recettes des chefs-cuisiniers du début du 19ème siècle dans un esprit plus républicain que napoléonien. Toutefois, il ne se contente pas d'une reconstitution historico-gastronomique. Pascalux mêle les rêves gourmands de Joséphine de Beauharnais avec les saveurs du terroir, revisitées : croustade en mauviette, granité Marengo, Spicy Waterloo-cake… Le tout avec les produits issus du jardin des simples et du potager consulaires.
La Table du Consul n'est pas un restaurant. Certes, le chef-cuisinier est très officiellement diplomé, possède l'expérience de la restauration dans plusieurs établissements prestigieux, maîtrise parfaitement les méthodes professionnelles de l'hygiène, de la chaîne du froid, de la préparation et du stockage des aliments (HACCP).

La Table du Consul n'est pas un restaurant mais une cuisine privée, uniquement accessible aux membres de l'Association des amis du Consulat de la Boirie dont les statuts visent à faire rayonner le patrimoine et la culture, y compris gastronomique (association Loi 1901 à but non lucratif).
Ainsi, les convives de la Table du Consul ne sont pas de simples consommateurs mais ils permettent par leur cotisation annuelle (10 euros lors de la première réservation), leurs critiques et suggestions, leur participation aux dîners consulaires d'éclairer la période du Consulat, années historiques importantes mais dissimulées par la stature de Napoléon Bonaparte.

In practice
Les menus sont annoncés un mois à l'avance sur la page facebook et le blog de la Table du Consul.
Seuls les membres de l'Association des amis du Consulat de la Boirie peuvent dîner à la Table du Consul.
Le tarif des menus est fixé à 68 euros par personne (hors versement annuel de la cotisation de 5 euros). Comme Association Loi 1901 sans but lucratif, les bénéfices de la Table du Consul sont réinvestis pour d'autres missions culturelles : frais inhérents à l'organisation de spectacles, lectures, pièces de théâtre et tous les événements culturels correspondant au statuts de l'association.

Fans de Jaguar type E, addicts au coupé 404 Peugeot, inconditionnels de la Mazda Miata MX5, obsédés par la Cadillac Sedan DeVille, amoureux de la Citroën Traction Avant, passionnés par votre Austin Healey, propriétaires de R8 Gordini… Le Maine, à deux heures de Paris, entre Le Mans, Tours et Vendôme, vous attend pour rouler dans votre automobile préférée et goûter aux plaisirs conjugués de la Sarthe, du Mans et du Consulat de la Boirie.

20 heures : cocktail dînatoire assis, terrasse principale ou salle d'Art et Dîner (toujours selon la météo)

Saturday
8 heures : petit-déjeuner gourmand au Consulat de la Boirie
10 heures : départ pour étape du matin, environ 70 km, 2 arrêts « patrimoine insolite de la Sarthe », et haltes spot-surprise
12 heures trente : déjeuner dans une véritable station-service des années 50, aménagée pour vous…

Informations complémentaires
Le parking du Consulat de la Boirie est fermé et protégé par un éclairage à détection de mouvement.
Les costumes d'époque, pour le circuit du samedi, sont les bienvenus !
Le dîner de gala du samedi soir est placé et habillé. La cuisine est sous la responsabilité du chef à demeure du Consulat de la Boirie (le 1er consul).

Le nombre maximal d'équipages (automobiles) est limité à cinq. Le pilote devra partager son automobile/sa chambre/son lit avec son ou sa passager/ère. Le week-end Classic Car, Escapades en Maine est donc prévu pour 10 personnes au maximum. Toutefois, si vous nous prévenez à l'avance, il est possible d'accueillir 3 personnes supplémentaires (ami, enfant, grand-maman, inspecteur des impôts…) mais cela suppose l'installation de lits supplémentaires dans certaines chambres.
Chaque équipage devra sélectionner 20 photos ou vidéos parmi la totalité de vos prises de vue lors du rallye Classic Car et confier ces images au 2ème consul le samedi soir. Le montage est programmé pendant la nuit de samedi à dimanche et vous sera présenté après le petit-déjeuner (puis remis sur clé USB).

Tarifs et modalités d'inscription
Forfait de base 375 € par personne (pilote ou passager) soit 750 € par équipage, incluant :
- La chambre double pour 2 nuits
- Le cocktail dînatoire, les petits-déjeuners, le déjeuner vintage station-service, le dîner de gala, le pique-nique chic, les rafraichissements, thé, café, tisane…
- L'organisation et la supervision du séjour et du rallye
- La réservation et le prix des visites guidés des lieux sélectionnés/privatisés des samedi et dimanche
- La réalisation du diaporama animé et remis sur une clé USB : Road Movie Classic Car, Escapades en Maine
- La privatisation complète du Consulat de la Boirie et l'accès à tous ses agréments : piscine, jardins, bois, bassin et bal paré/disco club

Selon les chambres choisies, les suppléments au forfait sont fixés comme suit :
0 euro pour le Dispensaire (forfait total de 375 € par personne)
+ 40 euros pour la Consulathèque et Chromozone (pour la totalité du séjour et l'équipage) soit un forfait total de 395 € par personne
+ 160 euros pour Pompadour flash soit un forfait total de 455 € par personne
+ 200 euros pour Asie Lazy soit un forfait total de 475 € par personne

Pour une personne supplémentaire, en plus du pilote et du co-pilote, le forfait total avec lit de complément installé dans une chambre (sauf pour le Dispensaire) est de 340 euros

Heures d'arrivée et de départ :
Votre arrivée au Consulat de la Boirie est possible entre 9h00 et 10h00. Merci de nous confirmer l'horaire prévu, la veille de votre arrivée à Pascal Moiron, au 02 43 79 17 25. Les chambres sont tenues à votre disposition à partir de 9h30 le samedi et nous vous remercions de les libérer avant 15h00 le dimanche de votre départ. Vous pouvez cependant demeurer au Consulat et profiter de ses agréments jusqu'à 19 heures avant de nous quitter.

Après validation par les organisateurs des stages de Zen-sur-le-Loir (sous réserve d'ouverture, de disponibilité, etc.), par email directement à zensurleloir@gmail.com ou par téléphone au 02 43 28 43 37 ou via l'inscription événement sur la page facebook zen-sur-le-loir , vous recevez un email récapitulant votre demande, soit :
