3392634962_7666ed1d58 The Consulate of the Boirie is a micronation whose independence after 400 years of submission to various French political regimes (monarchy, regency, Directory, Consulate, Empire, Restoration, 1st to 5th Republics), was proclaimed on August 9 of 2006.

Boirie the consulate is a constitutional sovereignty which is the executive and legislative authority of the triumvirate of the consuls of Pascalux Boirie , Philippéon of Boirie and Sébastiel of Boirie . Without being a Democratic Republic, the Consulate of the Boirie, by the benevolent authority (but nevertheless sovereign) of the Triumvirate, defends the principles of enlightened governance.

The Consulate of the Boirie sovereignty is a pacifist whose basic principles are freedom of speech, the emancipation of the mind, respect for nature and the quest for serenity.

The consular territory consists of the alliance, and virtual land, a Commandery of the fifteenth century and a blog hosted on WordPress. The land portion of the Consulate is an enclave of 7 hectares in the town of St-Georges-de-la-Couée in the French Republic on which stands the consular palace, seat of all official institutions of Boirie. The Consulate of the Boirie is committed to a policy of recognition and exchange with other micronations, states and international organizations with the objective of global peace. The Consulate of the Boirie has no military organization, regular or called, or assault weapons or deterrence.

The boundaries of the Consulate of Boirie are totally cleared their path and requires no visa, residence permit or payment of tax. Only law enforcement can be worth consular grounds to expel individuals considered persona non grata, outside the borders of the territory of Boirie or deleting spam and inappropriate comments on the blog consular.

Besides the three consuls, citizens rights, citizenship of Boirie can be obtained either after application sent to the triumvirate or be as honorary award for services to the Consulate. Citizenship is effective upon delivery of a consular official passport. Recognition does not require consular citizen to renounce his original citizenship.

The titles of honor granted to citizens of consular following are not hereditary. They are honors, do not qualify for any special privilege or pension and are revocable only by the decision of the consuls.

Charges granted to citizens of Boirie are covered, contractually, between citizens commissioned by the Consulate and the three consuls.

The triumvirate consular makes decisions, develop and publish regulations and orders in a collegial process. There is no order of precedence among the three consuls who have the same decision-making power in the political and administrative affairs of the Boirie.
